Endless summer

November’s in the air and I don’t care!!

Seriously…I don’t ever remember being able to do bare legs almost halfway through this month; Vancouver weather, I’ve really been loving you lately!!

I bought this QSW (Quiksilver) striped slip dress on clearance just last week with the intention of saving it for next year; but you know the feeling of having something new hanging in your closet that you just can’t wait to wear?!

That’s what happened here! I’ve styled it with my Frye harness boots to give the look a bit of weight (and edge!) as well as my woolly blue cardigan; after all, it is November! And I think my fringy suede Steve Madden bag is the perfect little boho finish!!

OMG – I would freeze 🙂 But I am a frostbite and today we only had 4 degrees Celsius. Winter is coming – brrrr. I know the feeling very well. If I have something new in the closet, I can not wait and have to wear it immediately. 🙂 I like your stripe dress and I can imagine that it's great to combine. As your Today. The cardigan looks cuddly and the bag fits perfectly. And the boots – wow 🙂 Wonderful autumn images. I wish you a great weekend, Conny

Sadly, I think our winter is on its way here in Vancouver, too…this was the first and most likely the LAST time this dress will see the light of day until next spring!! But there is always something else to shop for, right?! Have fun, Conny!! 🙂

I know, right?! I've been rocking the bare legs too and can't believe it. We're pretty lucky this year, fingers crossed for a mild winter!! And I love this dress it looks perfect paired with your boots and cozy cardy too. Best of luck on your closet reorganization, I know what you mean, when the motivation hits you gotta grab on and go with it!!

Oh boy…am I ever keeping my fingers crossed!! Boots and layers are fun, but I'm not into the whole snow scene!! And as far as the wardrobe purging goes – it's a tough job, but someone's got to do it (especially when we need room for some new favourites, yes?!)
