Toil and trouble: printed maxi-dress, corset belt, and denim jacket

With all the brouhaha surrounding our upcoming move, I almost forgot that – drum roll, please! – it’s my second Blogiversary tomorrow!!

Is it wrong for me to be proud of the fact that I haven’t missed a single one of my regularly scheduled Monday/Wednesday/Friday posts??  And let me tell you, there were most definitely times in the past two years when sticking to my guns was really tough…like working around those darn crutches for five whole weeks after I broke my foot!!

This moving thing, though??  I’m starting to feel like it might have all those other challenges beat!!  It’s sooo hard to focus on anything else right now…but putting on a cute outfit for a quick trip to Starbucks (or Home Depot!) at least allows me an hour or two to escape the mayhem that is currently my life!!

This afternoon, my hubby and I have our official “walk-through” with the condo developer on the agenda; there’s a light at the end of that proverbial tunnel, dear readers…and it’s getting closer all the time!!

Who says petites can't wear maxis?!!!! This looks fabulous on you Monika, and I so love the pairing with the denim jacket and belt. Great choice of bag too – adds a lovely touch of warmth to the whole look. In fact it makes you look really tall…!!!

I hope you're staying sane with everything you're doing for moving – if you get a chance please do link up with my new Monday link up party, it's not the same without you!! (The theme is optional BTW so link up whatever you like 🙂

Congrats on your blogiversay Monika! You should be very proud of not missing any of your posts. I am not that organised with the blog. I have missed too many in my one year of blogging. Oh, moving house can be so stressful especially if you've been in the old house for a long time. Love you maxi dress. xo
