Green party: vegan leggings and quilted jacket with wedge booties and a mohair beanie

Did any of you get to partake in some St. Patrick’s Day festivities this weekend, dear readers??

My boss is Gaelic, so you can bet the celebration is a pretty big deal at his place every year…complete with a genuine Irish band!!  Guests are encouraged to participate in the evening’s entertainment as well; songs are sung, poems are recited, and all kinds of interesting talents are presented – speed potato peeling, anyone?!

I’m not brave (or gifted!) enough to sing a solo in front of a crowd, but I have recited a Shakespearean sonnet from memory before; and this year, I presented a little zoology lesson to everyone featuring my fave furry creatures…ferrets, of course!!  😉

And Robin??  He blew our fellow partiers away by joining a rousing rendition of Neil Young’s “Heart of Gold” on his harmonica!!  Who knows…next year, the boss may not even need to hire that band!!  😀

Sounds like a really fun celebration! We usually don't do anything for St. Patrick's Day but this year traveled to San Diego for a four day weekend with friends who were Irish-American–and we had a blast touring craft breweries there (safely, in a limo, ha ha, which none of us had ever done before!)

    Love your outfit, as always!

A limo tour sounds like so much fun, dearest Linda…especially with a group of Irish friends (they know how to party, don't they?!) Thank you for popping in to say "hi!!" XOXO
