Thrills and chills: styling slouchy jeans with a tank top, moto jacket, and open-toe shoes

Well here I am, dear readers…enjoying the second of what Robin and I hope will be tons of road trips this summer!!

Not that it’s actually feeling summery yet.  A peekaboo sun helped us tough out this little Sunday afternoon excursion to Horseshoe Bay with our convertible top down; but then that darn chilly wind Vancouver just can’t seem to shake had us putting “the lid” on once again.

And my poor hubby had quite a photographic challenge on his hands due to the wind, as well!!  The light kept changing from bright to cloudy and back again; but as you can see from the pics, he was definitely up to the task…which is why I’ve (once again!) included a few extras in today’s post!!

On the outfit front??  I’m showing off another of my recent denim acquisitions – I found this super-slouchy pair at H&M and simply couldn’t resist the cool “reworked” details that are so on trend right now.  I think that brings my new jeans tally up to four pairs over the past couple of months…but who’s counting, right?! 😜
